Dental Billing

Welcome to our family dental office! It is our goal to help patients obtain the best dental health in the most honest and professional way.

Payment in full is expected at the time of treatment. Patients with dental insurance must bring accurate and complete insurance information. We will be happy to submit your claim to your insurance provider as a courtesy to you, but we are not obligated to do so. Our relationship is with you, not with your dental insurance.

We will make a good faith effort to determine your dental insurance co-pay amount based on information we obtain from your policy, and will you charge you that co-pay at the time of your visit. However, when your dental insurance provider receives our billing, they may determine a different co-pay amount.

Any amount not covered by your insurance company is payable at the time services are rendered. These fees may include deductibles, co-payments or certain procedures not covered by your insurance policy.

We cannot accept responsibility for negotiating a disputed claim with your dental insurance provider. We will allow a maximum of 45 days for your dental insurance provider to submit reimbursement to us. If no payment is received by then, we will expect payment in full from you. Late charges and interest may incur on unpaid accounts.
